There is nothing to prepare. We do not need the house cleaned, repaired, emptied, or staged before the first conversation.
We review the details you share, research the property, and follow up with a direct conversation. If we need to see the house, we arrange one visit around your schedule, not a parade of showings.
Depending on the property and transaction, Haus Properties may purchase directly or work with a qualified buying partner. Either way, we explain the proposed structure in plain terms before you are asked to decide anything.
If the terms fit, the sale is documented in a written agreement and handled through a licensed title or escrow company, the same way any real estate closing is.
You choose a closing timeline that works around your move, your family, and the property itself: faster when speed matters, slower when you need room to plan.
